I’m a woman in my sixties and had started going to Kim’s Fit Solutions classes offered at Westport Plaza in April. My goals were to get control of my current health condition of Type 2 Diabetes, lose some of those yearly added pounds and of course keep up with and be able to enjoy activities with my grandchildren.
I just completed my three month check up from my doctor and excited to report the test results: Diabetes long range changes are that my A1C went from 7.2 to 5.1 as well as my average Glucose dropped from 160 to 100. I had not had those numbers since 2011! I have also lost 12 pounds, I now find myself with more energy to spend with my grandchildren as I feel healthier. I am looking forward to a healthier and active retirement life in the future.

I am a 51 year old woman who has lost 68 pounds since August of 2010. I am now more fit than I have been since my childhood. I have more energy, confidence, and happiness, as well as a greater zest for life. I don’t believe that I could have done this without the help of Kim Howard. She is, by far, the best personal trainer in St. Louis! (I have had two other trainers in the past.)
When Kim becomes your trainer you become one of her highest priorities. Kim helped me (and still does!) in a myriad of ways. She encouraged me, taught me, commiserated with me, pushed me, listened to me, celebrated with me, and gave me a wealth of important, helpful, and well thought-out information and guidelines.
Everything that Kim does with you and for you is done with a great deal of smarts. Her exercise regimen is excellent and professional. Kim instinctively knows when to push you hard and when to just nudge you along. She is open to any ideas that may assist you in your quest for fitness, weight loss, and better physical and emotional health. Kim is a pleasure to work; she is punctual, dependable and organized.
