Fit Solutions. Move your body. Fuel your brain. Feed your spirit. Revitalize your health.
“As a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer for the last 20 years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to lead individuals in group exercise, personal training, corporate wellness, fund raising and community outreach. Currently, I manage the fitness department for the Maryland Heights Community Center and provide corporate wellness services. I love to learn new trends and styles, yet over the years, I’ve focused on elements of core, balance and posture, and injury prevention in my training courses and exercise sessions. I want to inspire people move their body, fuel their brains, feed their spirit, and enjoy life! I post new blog updates once or twice a month, I hope that they can inspire you. “ _ Kim
