Yes, its 27 Days til Memorial Day Weekend!  Bathing suits, sun dresses, tank tops, shorts – here we come.  Here is step 1 of

27 Days to Get Fit for Summer!

Week 1

  1. Set Short Term Goals – remember this is only 4 weeks.  Be specific!
  2. Complete 7 day food journal.
  3. Write down schedule for following week days 8-14:  Shopping, meal planning, and activities. Be sure to include things that will require your attention, and exclude things you can do without.  See Blog updates on planning, time management, and food journal for suggestions.
  4. Maintain activities, and add one extra activity to your week.
