Are you ready to take the next step towards improving your body the healthy way?  Your body will never be the same!  Join my team for an outdoor/indoor  bootcamp style workout that focuses on  exercises and cardio drills designed to improve muscle strength and endurance, cardiovascular health, and give you more energy and vigor than you ever thought possible.  Easy assessments will be conducted at the beginning  and end of every 4 or 6 week session to measure your progress – but hey, just watch your belly get smaller and smaller.  All you need is a towel and water.

Locations:  Maryland Heights, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, St. Louis

Time/Day:  Ams and Pms, Mondays-Friday
