As a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer for the last 20 years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to lead individuals in group exercise, personal training, corporate wellness, fund raising and community outreach. I work with a diverse population to include healthy adults, individuals with arthritis/MS/Fibromyalgia , active older adults.
